Report an error

Write to corrections@tokenizedwire.com. Tell us the article, what is wrong, and a source if you have one. We read every message.

How we fix it

• We correct the article as soon as we confirm the error.
• We add a dated note on the article saying what changed. We do not quietly rewrite facts.
• If a headline was wrong, the note says so.
• Small fixes, such as typos, do not get a note.

Updates are not corrections

When a story develops, we add new facts and mark the article “Updated” with the date. That is different from fixing a mistake.

We do not unpublish

We do not delete articles because a company dislikes them. If an article is wrong, we correct it. If a legal or safety reason requires removal, we say so at the same address.
